同投稿は「なあ、みんな。白状する時だと思う。僕はたくさんの人たちに嘘をついてきた。今日もそうだ。だけど・・・あれは僕だ。『Breaking News』、『Keep Your Head Up』、『Monster』、『Stay』を歌ってるのは僕だ」、「僕はレコード会社と合意した。だけど秘密がばれてしまった。僕のファンに、そしてマイケル・ジャクソンのファンに申し訳ないと思う」と述べている。

■ Facebook Post Not Jason Malachi's
(17-1-2011) A recent Facebook post by someone claiming to be Michael Jackson "sound-a-like" Jason Malachi, stated that it was time to fess up about singing some of the songs on the new MICHAEL album.

The post said, "Sheesh guys, I guess it's time to confess. I've lied to many people, including someone today, but.... It was me. It was me who sang Breaking News, Keep Your Head Up, Monster and Stay.

"I had a agreement with the record company, but now the cat is out of the bag. Sorry to all my fans, and fellow Michael Jackson fans."

However, Jason Malachi's manager was quick to go on the record saying not only did Malachi not post the statement but, he is also the victim of internet fraud.

Speaking to TMZ, Thad Nauden, Malachi's manager, said someone created a phony Facebook page in Malachi's name, claiming that he conspired to fool Sony, the Michael Jackson Estate and the public by secretly singing songs on the album, "Michael."

Nauden says Malachi, who works as a Deputy Sheriff in Maryland, wants everyone to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he did not sing a single note on the MICHAEL album.

Nauden also said whoever created the Facebook page is malicious and will be prosecuted when found.
