ジョー・ジャクソン、裁判所は自分を不当に扱っていると主張

（要旨）TMZが昨日報じたところによると、ジョー・ジャクソンの弁護士ブライアン・オックスマンは、彼のクライアントはマイケル・ジャクソンの遺言検認裁判において、判事より「尊厳と価値」をもって扱われていないと主張しているという。

オックスマンは、遺言執行人ジョン・ブランカとジョン・マクレーンを排除しようしたジョーの試みを退けたのは検認裁判の判事の誤りであったとして、カリフォルニア控訴裁判所に書類を提出した。同判事は、ジョーは遺言でマイケルにより受益者から意図的に除外されていることを理由に、ジョーは遺言執行人に異議を申し立てるための法的地位を有していないという裁定を下している。

しかしオックスマンは、ジョーは経済的に息子に依存していたので、それ故に遺産に対する財政的決定を下している者たちの選任について異議を申し立てる権利を持つべきであると主張している。

ジョーは、遺言執行人の一部が様々な不正行為を行っていると申し立てているが・・・詐欺行為や着服だとしているが、執行人側は強く否定している・・・マイケル・ジャクソンの3人の子供たちの弁護士の一人は、ジョーは全ての「訴訟による争い」で子供たちに対し実際に害を及ぼしていると語っている。子供たちの弁護士マーガレット・ローダイスは、ジョーは遺産の中の自分の取り分についてのみに興味があるのであって、だから彼は「究極の意地悪い人物」なのだ、と語った。 - 以下原文。

■ Joe Jackson Says Court Is Mistreating Him
(17-8-2010) TMZ reported yesterday that Brian Oxman, attorney for Joe Jackson, claims his client has not been treated with "dignity and worth" by the judge in the Michael Jackson probate case.

Oxman filed papers with a California appeals court, claiming the probate judge was wrong to shut down Joe's attempt to get rid of executors John Branca and John McClain. The trial judge ruled Joe had no legal standing to object to the executors because Joe himself was intentionally excluded by Michaedl as a beneficiary under the will.

But Oxman claims Joe was financially dependent on his son and should therefore have a right to object to the appointment of the men who are making financial decisions for the Estate.

Although Joe is alleging various misdeeds on the part of the executors - including fraud and embezzlement, which the executors strongly deny - a lawyer for Michael Jackson's three children says Joe is actually harming them with all the "procedural wrangling." Margaret Lodise, the children's lawyer, says Joe only cares about his stake in the Estate and, therefore, he's "the ultimate dog in the manger."
